| ENQUIRER CONTEST
WINNER IS DEAD RINGER FOR CHER
"I'm ecstatic - I feel like a real star! That's what Audrey Cassel told THE ENQUIRER after learning that she was picked as the winner of our Cher Look - Alike Contest.
"People have been telling me I look like her ever since I was 15 years old," said Audrey, a blonde who wears a dark wig when she imitates the singer and actress. "People come up to me and ask for autographs or ask how Sonny is doing. Little kids recognize me as the mother in the film 'Mask' and adults recognize me from 'Moon Struck.' They're always congratulating me for 'my' Academy Award. "One
night at dinner I saw two women looking at me strangely: One of "Last April Cher's mother picked me as the winner of a Cher look-alikes contest on a N.J. TV station. An Atlantic City Casino hired me to portray Cher in promotions. And Comedian Howie Mandell once mistakenly introduced me to an audience as Cher. "My kids, age 9 and 5, get a big kick out of it," said Audrey, " When I saw the contest in the ENQUIRER, I just had to enter. I'm glad to be the winner. Right now I feel like the luckiest Cher look-alike in the world!" John Blosser
